Terminal Lessons

image Project Magazine have very kindly printed an analysis that I have written on the recent events at Terminal 5 - as you can see from the front cover.

On that topic, last week's Transport Select Committee made interesting viewing, with BAA's Chief Executive saying that he "was unaware" that T5 was not ready when it opened for business.
